Regularly, Priority Mail will take 5-7 business days within USA

• I have placed an order, is it possible to cancel it?

Yes, you can only cancel the order before 4pm on the same day. Once the order has been packed and dispatched, we can’t cancel it for you. However, if you wish to return it upon receiving, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

• How long does it take to prepare my order?

We take 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

Yes, in case you change your mind or order the wrong products, we’re happy to offer refund within 14 days of delivery only if the products are returned to us in original condition, sealed, unopened and buyer pays return shipping.Unfortunately, we don’t offer refund if products are opened and used. If you want to try our products, we offer sample kits upon request.

Yes, we have a 30-day money back guarantee. While we make our best efforts to provide our customers with the best products, we understand it might not work for some people. You can ship back your products and we will process the refund once we receive them. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, not the seller.
